Training
I offer training sessions for museums and heritage sites to help increase understanding around accessibility for neurodivergent audiences.
Training sessions can help you and your team to discover the 'why' behind the what you are doing to increase accessibility.
I offer consultancy packages which include a training session to help you to further embed accessibility into your site.
All training sessions are bespoke depending on what you would specifically like to cover.
Training sessions typically last 2 – 2.5 hours and can be delivered in person or online.
I have also delivered training for a number of other organisations including:
- GEM (Group for Education in Museums),
- Kids In Museums,
- Museum Development UK (various regions).
Previous training I have delivered has covered:
- Autism Awareness Training,
- Creating accessible learning programmes for autistic people,
- Creating accessible working environments for autistic people,
- Supporting autistic children and their families,
- Pre-Recorded training for Front of House teams.
Please get in contact to discuss the training needs of your organisation.
